Key Professional Development Opportunity for Extension Practitioners

Building Future Extension Leaders is a great professional development, training and support opportunity for those working in Agricultural Extension.

The program runs for 10 months, from December 2018 to August 2019.  It offers three face to face workshops, two webinars and one to one coaching.  The first workshop will be in Perth on December 11th and 12th, with follow up workshops in April and July 2019.

“If you wish to develop new skills, increase your knowledge on extension theory and practice, build your professional networks, learn more about program design, facilitation, adult learning and monitoring and evaluation, then this program is for you”

The program will be practical, hands on and will be led by the very experienced extension practitioners: Jeanette Long, Danielle England and Rebecca Wallis.

The program is available to people currently working and engaged with extension delivery in sustainable agriculture fields.  Applications are invited from people working in all extension sectors, i.e. public and private sector organisations and grower groups.

The program is excellent value at $250 per person plus GST.
