“It will build participants’ confidence in leading change through their industry roles by developing their skills and confidence in delivering on-farm extension and change management programs. These skills will be enhanced through the development of an extension program to be delivered over the course of the project, and through the support of one-on-one coaching with the presenters. Participants will develop valuable state-wide networks that will support their current programs and future careers.”
